About the portal
Hostel accommodation at COEP Technological University is allotted against a published seat matrix. Seats are divided by branch, by reservation category and by hostel, and the numbers for each academic year are approved before registration opens.
This portal handles the application side of that process. It confirms that an applicant appears on the merit list, verifies their email address, and records the details used for allotment. It does not decide allotment by itself.
Applications are accepted only while a round is open. Rounds are announced by the hostel office, and each round covers a specific set of applicants. If registration is closed, the portal will say so on this page.
Keep the email address used at registration accessible. Every notice about your application, including the outcome of allotment, is sent to that address.
